Desire, Fearlessness, Togetherness

Desire – The inner drive that makes a player give their all for the team. Players with desire work hard, try again when things go wrong, support their teammates, strive to make a difference and most importantly never give up—no matter the score.
 
Fearlessness – The quality of showing courage and confidence during play. Fearless players compete fairly, stay composed under pressure, are not afraid to try new things or make mistakes, and approach challenges with a positive, brave attitude that inspires others.
 
Togetherness –The spirit of unity, teamwork, and mutual support within the group. It’s about helping your teammates, celebrating their good play, and staying positive even when things don’t go your way. Teams that show togetherness play with collective spirit, demonstrate respect, and build a positive environment where everyone feels they belong and can succeed together—no matter the final score on the pitch.

The U14 Orange Team are one of the longest-running teams within the club, having started out at U8 level and with two of the original team from our first ever season still plying their trade with us.

Match Report: Ravens U10s vs Bramcote Sunnyside

The Ravens U10s played a fantastic friendly, showing real teamwork and determination from start to finish.

Right from kick-off, the Ravens looked confident and hungry for the win. The attacking play was sharp and creative, with the team linking up brilliantly. Two well-taken goals from Alfie L set the tone, with Reggie and Arthur each adding a goal to extend the lead. Alfie A then rounded things off with a fine finish to make it five in total for the Ravens.

While the forwards made their mark, it was the defensive performance that really stood out. Max was outstanding at the back, reading the game superbly and making crucial challenges to keep the opposition at bay. His composure gave the whole team confidence and ensured the Ravens stayed strong throughout.

Every player carried out their role brilliantly, working for each other and sticking to what they had learned in training. The passing, pressing, and team spirit shone through – and it all came together to secure the Ravens’ first win.
